BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION

These qualifications cover the essentials of business administration, from event support to project management, enabling the learner to provide administrative support in a range of environments. There are options for those who are new to the job, as well as those with more experience.

Level 2 will suit you if you are working in or want to work in a business support role. You're interested in learning how to carry out every day administrative tasks.

There are two qualifications available at Level 2:

  1. Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration

  2. Diploma in Business Support.

Depending on the size of qualification you choose, you complete several mandatory units, including:

  • Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment

  • Principles of providing administrative services

  • Principles of managing information and producing documents.

You also choose from a range of optional units, including:

  • Principles of supporting change in a business environment

  • Principles of working in the public sector

  • Principles of project management

  • Principles of contributing to innovation and change.
